At Waters of Destiny, each session, ritual, and offering is created with sacred precision, energetic preparation, and individualized care. Our work is highly customized to each client’s unique energy and spiritual needs. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.
1. All Sales Are Final
All bookings—including readings, rituals, mentorships, matchmaking experiences, and digital offerings (such as courses or meditations)—are non-refundable once purchased.
Each service is uniquely prepared and energetically aligned to the individual client and therefore cannot be resold, reversed, or canceled once initiated.
2. Rescheduling Policy
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may request to reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment.
Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
As a courtesy, rescheduling is offered once per booking, subject to availability and approval.
3. Cancellations by Waters of Destiny
In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

A full credit toward another service of equal value (cash refunds are not provided).

4. Digital Products & Courses
All digital content—including courses, downloads, and meditations—is delivered instantly upon purchase or payment completion.
Due to the immediate access and proprietary nature of this material, no refunds or exchanges will be issued once access has been granted.
